The Company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in November 2013, following a reverse takeover of Eco Quest Ltd.

The registry provides a number of services which can be accessed online. When accessing some information online you may be required to enter your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) as shown on your Issuer Sponsored/CHESS statements and other personal details such as your postcode. How can I buy and sell company shares?

I am an overseas investor – how can I buy and sell shares? 

If you are an overseas investor, a licensed stockbroker will be able to buy and sell shares listed on the ASX on your behalf. However, please check with your stockbroker the markets that they participate in and make sure that Australia is one of them. Alternatively, online trading platforms offer solutions for overseas investors to invest in international equities.

How does the Company communicate with its shareholders?  

The Company strictly adheres to its continuous disclosure obligations and updates its website at www.cynata.com with all formal disclosures.  The website also serves as a platform to provide information to shareholders such as analyst reports, media articles on the Company, investor presentations and other subjects of relevance.  Consistent with good communications outreach Cynata is also active on social media, providing a further information platform of general topics of potential interest. On matters of importance to shareholders the Company may engage the services of shareholder communications specialists to ensure that shareholders have received adequate and timely information.

What is the Company’s financial year end?

The Company’s end of financial year is the 30th of June.

When will the AGM be held?

A limited company is required to hold its annual general meeting within five months of its financial year end. Accordingly shareholders will be notified in the months of September or October, approximately 28 days in advance of when and where the AGM will be held. Typically, Cynata holds its AGM in mid November.

What is the Privacy Policy?

We may use personally-identifiable information to conduct research to improve health and care. As a biotechnology company, we have a legitimate interest in using information relating to the health and care of individuals for research studies, when those individuals agree to take part in a research study. This means that we will use individuals’ data, collected in the course of a research study, in the ways needed to conduct and analyse the research study. The rights of research subjects to access, change or move their information are limited, as we need to manage their information in specific ways in order for the research to be reliable and accurate. If research subjects withdraw from a study, we will keep the information about them that we have already obtained. To safeguard the rights of research subjects, we will use the minimum personally-identifiable information possible.

What is the Dividend Policy?

The Company does not currently have a dividend policy in place. It is the Company’s intention to fully commercialise its Cymerus platform and to reinvest any future profits in order to grow the business. The Board reviews its growth strategy and dividend policies at regular meetings and assesses them against the Company’s working capital requirements and growth opportunities.
