The Company’s end of financial year is the 30th of June.
A limited company is required to hold its annual general meeting within five months of its financial year end. Accordingly shareholders will be notified in the months of September or October, approximately 28 days in advance of when and where the AGM will be held. Typically, Cynata holds its AGM in mid November.

As a biotechnology company, we have a legitimate interest in using information relating to the health and care of individuals for research studies, when those individuals agree to take part in a research study. This means that we will use individuals’ data, collected in the course of a research study, in the ways needed to conduct and analyse the research study. The rights of research subjects to access, change or move their information are limited, as we need to manage their information in specific ways in order for the research to be reliable and accurate. If research subjects withdraw from a study, we will keep the information about them that we have already obtained. To safeguard the rights of research subjects, we will use the minimum personally-identifiable information possible.

The Company does not currently have a dividend policy in place. It is the Company’s intention to fully commercialise its Cymerus platform and to reinvest any future profits in order to grow the business. The Board reviews its growth strategy and dividend policies at regular meetings and assesses them against the Company’s working capital requirements and growth opportunities.
